Landlord/ Tenant Relationship Workshops

Note: If you have to do the Emergency Landlord the cost is $200.00. Please click below "Emergency Landlord Payment". It is done Monday thru Friday from 10:00-4:00pm. Please call ahead at 978-685-6274 to confirm with us that you will be coming
Frameworks (Online) Self-paced English/Spanish
IMPORTANT: READ ALL REQUIREMENTS BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR PURCHASE.
Step 1: Please click below to fill out the ACT Lawrence Intake.
Step 2: Once you have completed the ACT Lawrence intake form above, please click the Framework logo to start the course registration process.
Step 3: Click on "REGISTER NOW" in the framework website.
Step 4: Complete the $75 Application fee payment in Frameworks
Step 5: Create your log in and start the course.
Step 6: Once you complete the course, please send proof of completion to vguava@actlawrence.org and make the final $25 payment by clicking the link below.
Step 7: After receiving the payment, and confirming you completed all the modules on Framework system, the agency will email you a survey and the One-on-One counseling session information.
Step 8: Once counseling is completed, your certificate of completion will be released to the FRAMEWORK SYSTEM within 48 business hours.
Step 9: YOU are responsible for printing your certificate from your Framework account and forwarding it to your lender.Please note our office is closed on weekends.

Homebuyer counseling that helps clients develop an action plan to increase savings, decrease expenses and improve credit score along with other planning and educational tools to achieve home ownership.
Note: there is a one-time credit check fee for this service of $35.00.
